    Due to movement on the XLM transaction fee market, there is an increased possibility of transaction failure. Broker and Custodian use p90 fees for transactions and might fail during extreme ledger congestion. We will monitor these transactions.

    The issue has been resolved on 6:45 UTC. We will be investigating more what exactly happened and will take applicable mitigating measures to reduce the probability this will happen again in the future.

    Authentication service is unable to generate valid API tokens. Existing valid tokens can still be used.
